"ENCOURAGECHANGE"paddoconnell8@gmail.com: An assistant garda commissioner was allegedly involved in an attempt to have pressure exerted on the DPP to charge Ian Bailey with the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier.

Martin McQuinn, who retired from the force in December 1998, was the most senior officer at a meeting in Bandon garda station when, it is alleged, Malachy Boohig, the state solicitor for west Cork, was encouraged to persuade the DPP to prosecute Bailey.?
